We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage our payment operations and maintain accurate financial records. Key responsibilities include performing daily accounts receivable functions such as bill receipt, verification, coding, payables entry, and full cycle accounts receivable management from sales order to payment posting. The role involves building positive relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and cash applications, managing progress billing, invoicing, reporting, and posting payments to customer accounts. Additionally, the specialist will handle collection calls, process customer refunds, account adjustments, resolve discrepancies, maintain assigned accounts, and ensure thorough and accurate documentation in line with company policies and accounting practices.

Work Environment
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM. The work setting is onsite with a team of approximately 8-10 people in the Accounting and Finance department.
