Job Description
We are seeking a Buyer with 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, particularly in the manufacturing and electrical industries. This role involves purchasing all inbound material for switchgear projects, expediting orders, resolving issues with accounting, tracking shortages, obtaining quotes, and managing the flow of these quotes. The successful candidate will also work closely with the production team to ensure all materials are on hand for project commencement and assist customers with invoicing. This position requires initial training in-office for 5 days a week, transitioning to a hybrid model.

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a12 Month contract period
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Alpharetta, Georgia and some days remote.
Work Environment
The role is based in a hybrid setting, requiring close-toed steel shoes for production/warehouse floor visits. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, starting with 5 days in-office during training, then transitioning to three days in-office and two days remote 12 month contract period
