Aston Carter AR Specialist in Bend, Oregon

MUST HAVES:

•2-3 years of AR experience

•Experience with resident Ledgers

•Familiar with Excel (Basic Spreadsheets)

Description:

  • Manage assigned accounts to maintain acceptable levels of delinquency, balances, and chargebacks as defined by the AR Dashboard and other metrics as established

  • Accurately apply cash receipts in compliance with customer’s remittance advice and in accordance with company policy

  • Demonstrate problem-solving ability while researching disputes to resolve payment discrepancies.

  • Charges back to customers, makes AR adjustments, issues or coordinates the issuance of credit memos as necessary to resolve disputes

  • Identify delinquent receivables using AR Dashboard and other tools as provided. Contacts customers via telephone, email, mail, or fax to collect payment.

  • Follows up as necessary to ensure that payments are received as required
