Job Title: Order Entry Specialist

Job Description

  • As an Order Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing communications and processing orders efficiently.

  • Daily tasks include answering 4-5 inbound calls and making necessary follow-up calls, handling 50-100 email transactions from a shared inbox that receives over 400 email orders daily, and reviewing past orders and customer profiles in our internal database.

Other Responsibilities

  • Understanding customer needs

  • Entering product details into our internal system

  • Importing CAD files

  • Pulling materials for orders

  • Verifying product details, pricing, and order dates with customers and in the system

  • Liaising with the production team on order details or challenges.

  • Additionally, you will perform various data entry and administrative tasks involved in order processing.
