Aston Carter Accounts Payable Associate in Bowling Green, Kentucky
Description:
A leading company in Bowling Green has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Associate for a summer temporary assignment. The primary responsibility of this position is to perform various functions in the corporate accounts payable function and assist cash accounting functions as required. The hours of this position will be M-F 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week for 8-12 weeks.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Verifying vendor account information
Matching vendor invoices to the appropriate purchase order
Determining that payments are properly authorized and coded within the system
Processing invoices for payment through the A/P system
Preparing month end, quarter end and ad hoc reports as required.

Ability to keep a high rate of words per minute when typing
Experience with excel vlookups
