Job Title: Order Entry SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist with strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel. The successful candidate will collaborate with teams across Procurement, Inside Sales, Engineering, and Production to manage data entry related to inventory counts and material forecasting. Responsibilities include documenting inventory in Microsoft Excel as warehouse orders are received, performing inventory counts on the production floor, identifying and documenting missing parts, and using the internal MRP system for data input. The role requires someone assertive who can effectively navigate the warehouse environment.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bridgeton, Missouri.

Work Environment

This position operates in a small family-like environment on the production floor. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 6:30 AM to 5 PM, with four 10-hour shifts per week.
