About:

The Senior Proposal Manager will be responsible for managing proposal efforts and closely collaborating with business development and operational personnel to deliver winning, high-quality Federal Government proposals.

  • Manage all aspects of proposal development including pre-proposal planning, schedule management, action/issue tracking, and compliance.

  • Develop and maintain proposal management-related artifacts.

  • Establish and enforce proposal schedules and clarify team roles and responsibilities.

  • Remain updated on solicitation modifications, identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, and leading discussions during solution and strategy sessions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of Federal Proposal Writing/Management

  • Active Top Secret Clearance

  • Experience supporting Intel, DOD and/or FEDISM acquisition

  • Experience managing proposals for the Civil Space (NASA/NOAA), Defense Space, or National Intelligence Community

  • Experience managing proposals with technical content in areas such as satellites, space missions, ground systems, climate and weather, information technology, systems integration, and digital engineering.
