Job Title: Clerical ProcessorJob Description
This integral position in the firm helps us bring resolution, determine appropriate next steps for client files, and manage client correspondence. A person in this role may be responsible for some of the following tasks:
Responsibilities
Requesting and preparing legal documents through our case management system
Referencing court websites to get status updates on pending cases
E-filing complaints and motions with courts
Updating our case management system with judgment information
Copying and scanning documents

Basic computer skills
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Notary Certificate

Solid written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Efficiently handle high work volume
Ability to multi-task upon request
Experience with pdf programs
Ability to use basic office equipment, including mail machine
Work Environment
It will be an office environment with hours from 8am to 5pm.
