Job Title: Finance Manager
Job Description
Join our team as a Finance Manager, focusing on financial costing & analysis, product costing & analysis, budgeting & forecasting, and inventory processes and procedures. Key responsibilities include managing standard cost evaluations, partnering with operations to oversee bill of materials and scrap factors, conducting timely and accurate cost inventory, and handling period end close processes. The role involves providing insights into actual procurement costs, developing soft close processes, analyzing inventory losses, and partnering with Operations to ensure objectives are met. You will also lead budgeting and forecasting processes, manage raw material expenses budgeting, and assist in ERP system data maintenance. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting internal controls for inventory and providing ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions. This position requires quarterly travel to one of our plants.
