Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Essential Skills
2-5 years of accounts receivable experience.
Proficiency in accounts receivable, credit card collections, and billing collections.
Experience with accounting software.
Knowledge of recurring billing processes.
Familiarity with credit card and ACH payment systems.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of customer accounts receivable with precision and punctuality.
Communicate with customers to answer questions and explain billing details.
Assist in setting up new receivables account system using Alarm7 software.
Handle recurring billing processes.
Set up new clients and update existing client information.
Maintain credit card, ACH, and electronic payment systems.
Contact past due accounts and address declined credit cards.
Report all installs and manage permitting requirements.
Track and document technician paperwork.
Monitor and report on aging accounts.
Perform general customer service and filing duties.
Work Environment
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
The position requires onsite presence in a small office setting with a business casual dress code.
