Aston Carter Aircraft Records Analyst in Fort Worth, Texas

Description:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Learn and understand the policies and procedures of the ACM Digital Data department. • Process and review maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness • Identify, track and upload corrections to discrepant records • Ensure timely, accurate and synchronized data migration from existing formats into the AirVault system • Work directly with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and other internal groups when records are needed • Serve as a liaison to the Compliance group for FAA inquiries • Research and resolve unmatched aircraft data • Distribute and retain documents as required by AA and FAA policy • Reconciliation of all aircraft log pages • Review documents that have been received into the AirVault system then index and publish documents into their proper location within the system • Complete other assignments and projects as directed by the Coordinator, Supervisor or Manager
