Job Title: Payment Analyst
Job Description
As a Payment Analyst, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring all payments received are accurate before posting them to the correct accounts. Your duties will include auditing late payments, correcting invoices not posted correctly, and overseeing all other functions related to payment posting and receiving. You will also manage the intake of payments, process billing statements, conduct audits for each billing cycle, prepare payment batches, and scan and file payment batches to maintain hard copy records.

This is a fully on-site position in Franklin, Tennessee.
Work Environment
This role is based in a professional work environment within a cubicle, open atmosphere, and quiet office space. The team is focused and driven, with a tunnel vision approach to getting tasks accomplished. Work hours are either 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The position is located in Franklin, TN and requires in-office attendance
