Job Title: Executive Assistant IIJob Description
Seeking an exceptionally effective, forward-thinking, and self-motivated individual to support three directors. This role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture. Responsibilities include management of calendars and scheduling requirements, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables, acting as a liaison for leaders' direct reports, scheduling complex and cost-effective travel (domestic and international), completing and filing expense reports, organizing team events within budget guidelines, and close collaboration with departmental peers.

This is a contract position with a duration of 9 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Herndon, Virginia and some days remote.
Work Environment
Daily Schedule: 9-5 EST, must be in Herndon, VA. Hybrid work environment, requiring presence in office 3 times a week. Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Herndon, VA.
