Sr. Executive Assistant Job Description

Seeking an exceptionally effective, forward-thinking, and self-motivated individual to support three directors. This role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests.

Responsibilities include:

  • Management of calendars and scheduling requirements

  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items

  • Act as a liaison for leaders direct reports

  • Schedule complex and cost-effective travel domestic and international

  • Complete and file expense reports

  • Organize team events within budget guidelines and act as a resource to partner with other assistants on events

  • Close collaboration with departmental and EA peers

  • Project management

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience support C-Suite

  • Experience supporting multiple executives

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
