Job Description
Seeking a title specialist due to a recent acquisition. The office will be responsible for managing 100,000 more titles in their vault.
Responsibilities
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and administrative support.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all title management tasks.
Ensure strong attendance and reliability.
Lift and move boxes of files weighing up to 50 pounds.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel.
Strong administrative support skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong typing skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong attendance record.
Work Environment
Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. The position requires working in an office environment with no remote opportunity. The dress code is business casual, with restrictions on flip flops, ripped jeans, and perfume. This is a contract to hire position for a duration of 5 months with the potential to move to a different role within the company or be hired full-time
