Job Title: ControllerJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Controller to join our accounting team. This role involves overseeing the accounting operations within the company. Responsibilities include developing internal control policies, procedures, and financial planning. The Controller will report directly to the General Manager and play a crucial role in supervising and training accounting professionals. Candidates will be expected to handle tasks such as monthly financial closing, budgeting, and forecasting.

Hard Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in accounting

  • 5+ years of experience in supervising

  • Proficiency in Accounting Software (Acumatica is a bonus)

  • Experience in forecasting and budgeting

  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

Soft Skills

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Pasco, Washington.

Work Environment

Monday - Friday, 40+ hours a week. Expect to work 50+ hours a week during month-end close periods.
