Job Title: Controller (Confidential)Job Description

As a key member of our financial leadership team, you will manage and oversee the accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, timekeeping, and cash receipts functions. You will be responsible for the preparation of statutory reporting and facilitating all external audits including financial, tax, and statutory audits. Establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, and reporting standards in coordination with the CFO. Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all programs, ensuring compliance with national and local legal standards. Oversee the accounting department to streamline processes and improve financial health. Provide clear and transparent reporting using the company’s accounting and business intelligence systems. Collaborate with external auditing services to ensure compliance with all regulations and GAAP. Manage cash flow, identify updates for accounting and payroll processes, and analyze financial reports to support business applications. Oversee Trade Union monthly processes and manage a dynamic accounting team.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Long Beach, California.

Work Environment

On-site role, working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. You will work closely with the CFO and partner with other key leaders.
