Job Title: Technical Administrative Assistant
Job Description
As a Technical Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of computer systems and networks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include communicating with clients about technical issues and parts, monitoring and maintaining computer systems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, and providing support to staff or clients in person, over the phone, or via remote desktop software. Additionally, you will consult with users to determine their hardware and software needs, assist in placing orders, perform testing on computer components, analyze call logs to identify trends, and conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
