Job Description

Seeking a diligent Order Processor to manage customer accounts, communicate effectively via email and phone, and handle a high volume of orders and customer interactions daily. Responsibilities include answering phones, processing orders in the WMS system, checking in drivers, managing inventory within a team of 5, and providing warehouse with client orders. The role involves performing data entry and entering order information into Camelot/Microsoft Navision systems. The position is vital in ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Memphis, Tennessee.

Work Environment

This role is based in an office at a warehouse/distribution center, working alongside 5 other customer service representatives. The position is a contract-to-hire, operating Monday to Friday from 7AM to 4PM with a pay rate of $16 per hour.
