Job Title: Executive AssistantJob Description

In this pivotal role, you will manage the President/CEO’s and other Executive Leadership calendars by scheduling meetings, appointments, tracking remote work, events, and travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for anticipating, identifying, and addressing potential scheduling conflicts and executing solutions. Other key tasks include organizing executive meetings, coordinating logistics for board meetings, and acting as a liaison between the President/CEO, Executive Leadership, other departments, and external partners. You will draft and prepare executive-level communications, maintain confidential files, conduct research, manage urgent communications, and assist in executing special projects and initiatives.

Work Environment

This role involves managing and coordinating tasks during times of high-pressure and urgent situations. It also requires liaising with various internal and external partners and executing tasks related to customer and supplier events involving the CEO.
