Job Title: Documentation Specialist

Job Description

As a Documentation Specialist, you will join our US Patient Services team, an industry-leading group known for its exceptional patient support which enhances brand loyalty and patient satisfaction. Your role as a Contracting Administrator includes performing vendor contracting and invoicing operational administrative support. You will be tasked with processing purchase orders, invoices, statements of work, contract amendments, credit memos, and other contracting documentation and requests. Additionally, you will serve as a vital liaison between our business and vendors, ensuring stakeholders meet deadlines, and identify crucial data points in contracts to understand the nature of the work promptly.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Mettawa, Illinois and some days remote.

Work Environment

The work environment is hybrid, with flexibility in the exact schedule but generally includes three days in the office (either Monday-Wednesday or Tuesday-Thursday) and two days remote. The environment is flexible and understanding, prioritizing communication. You will be part of the operations team within Patient Services, which is dedicated to supporting patients in accessing treatments and receiving comprehensive support.
