Aston Carter Accounts Receivable Specialist in Miami, Florida
As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the collection of payments from our customers. Your role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of our company by ensuring timely payments and accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of all incoming payments and update bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets.
Invoicing and Billing: Generate and send out invoices, ensuring all billing is accurate and timely.
Payment Collection: Communicate with clients to request payment, arrange payment plans, and follow up on overdue accounts.
Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Reporting: Create financial reports and balance sheets documenting overall profits and losses.
Customer Service: Address billing inquiries and resolve any payment discrepancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in financial records and transactions.
Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
Organizational Skills: Manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve discrepancies and handle disputes.
