Job Description
Join our dynamic accounting team as an Accounts Payable Coordinator, where you will be responsible for managing a wide range of invoicing and accounting tasks. Your primary duties will include reviewing and processing both domestic and foreign invoices, managing vendor setups and changes, and responding to vendor inquiries. You will also handle accounting administration tasks such as completing month-end workbooks, assisting with 1099 tax forms, and participating in team projects related to accounts payable and receivable.
