The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Manager in executing various project tasks, including maintaining status reports, providing support for project escalations, scheduling meetings, and supporting project participants in completing necessary forms and artifacts. Responsibilities also include facilitating the execution of training plans, coordinating training logistics, revising project schedules, monitoring project issues, and ensuring timely updates to stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves coordinating end-user training sessions and managing detailed project forecasts to ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
