Aston Carter Jr. Marketing Analyst in Morristown, New Jersey

Aston Carter is exclusively partnering with one of the largest HR Solutions provides in the US as we are seeking to hire a Jr. Marketing Analyst consultant.

This position will be a hybrid schedule, splitting time between in office & remote.

Description:

  • Coordinates and organizes marketing materials and communications. Identifies trends and patterns in market research data in order to make informed and intelligent planning decisions. Designs and develops marketing initiatives to better meet marketing goals.

  • Work with and translate marketing, sales, and alliances leaderships vision and goals into high-performing marketing programs for alliance partners and franchise

  • Lead the tactical planning, coordination and execution and reporting of field campaign programs and account-based marketing activities with Campaign Developer and marketing leadership

  • Responsible for ensuring and delivering on marketing initiatives - such as email campaigns, drops, social media, banners, co-logo materials, and other collateral

  • Assist with the delivery of initiatives which aid sales associates through all stages of the sales process. Including dynamic sales tools, the integration of the buyers point-of-view messaging in content, social media, mobile ready assets, and campaigns

  • Communicate effectively with cross functional teams, third party creative agencies, design resources and writers

  • Coordinate the updating, rebranding and co-logoing production of marketing materials to support internal sales and external sales teams for both internal use and external use with clients and prospects

  • Assist with categorizing and posting content to internal Sales associate repository and external-facing Partner Portal and working with appropriate partner and franchise brand owners to update their materials with their info

  • Support sales readiness for marketing-organized events and worldwide initiatives

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years working in a marketing / sales campaign management role (Preferred)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills – Knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

• Highly organized with demonstrated skills in project management

• Experience with e-mail marketing, content writing, and social media management experience
