Join our industry-leading US Patient Services team as a Documentation Specialist where you will provide operational administrative support in vendor contracting and invoicing. As part of our dedicated team, you will process various contracting documents, act as a liaison between our business and vendors, and ensure timely execution of contracts. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships and accountability among stakeholders, while also identifying key data points in contracts to understand the nature of the work effectively.

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Mettawa, Illinois and some days remote.
Work Environment
Hybrid schedule with 3 days in office (Mon-Wed or Tue-Thu) and 2 days remote. The environment is flexible and understanding, but requires effective communication. You will be a part of the operations team within the Patient Services department, which supports patients accessing our treatments and provides comprehensive support through various specialized teams.
