Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Job Description
An Aston Carter client is seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes. Responsibilities include invoicing, posting payments, reconciling accounts, monitoring outstanding balances, and following up with clients for timely payment. The role also involves conducting business-to-business collections with a customer-focused approach, resolving billing discrepancies, preparing aging reports, and participating in process improvement initiatives. Additionally, the specialist will assist in month-end close processes and work closely with the credit department to assess credit risks and establish credit limits.
