Job Title: Receptionist / Building AmbassadorJob Description

As a Receptionist / Building Ambassador, you will provide essential support at the front desk, offering backup coverage and assisting employees with various needs such as directions, supplies, and room reservations. Monitor adherence to health and safety protocols including PPE usage and social distancing by employees returning from remote work. Welcome new hires, ensuring they feel valued from day one with personalized swag bags and celebratory decorations. Collaborate with the client services manager and janitorial team to maintain supply levels and cleanliness in common areas. Develop strategies to manage traffic in crowded locations within the workplace.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in San Jose, California.

Work Environment

Located at the intuitive campus consisting of multiple buildings, the role requires a minimum of two days on-site presence per week, with flexible starting times between 7 AM and 8:30 AM. The standard shift ends between 4 PM and 5:30 PM.
