Aston Carter Part-Time Receptionist in Salem, Oregon

Job Description:

  • The receptionist answers phones and performs customer service and other clerical duties as may be assigned.

  • Maintains the Front Desk Reception, and performs customer service by greeting the customers; directs customers to service area, coffee, restrooms, or seating areas; contacts salespersons for customer; answers and directs incoming telephone communications.

  • Orders necessary supplies (i.e. Staples, name tags, etc.) when authorized by managers; performs other clerical duties that may be assigned to assist in the smooth functioning of the dealership.

  • Maintains a cheerful and professional demeanor toward customers and other employees.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience and outgoing personality

  • Ability to multi task

  • Outlook and Google Docs experience

  • Open to retail backgrounds
