Aston Carter Executive Assistant II in Seattle, Washington

Aston Carter is actively seeking an Executive Assistant to support a well known eCommerce company located in Seattle, WA.


Typical duties of an EA – calendaring, travel (once open), and space planning. Will be responsible for supporting a Director out of India who will be relocating to Seattle, so the role will include calendaring for him and also supporting and sharing responsibilities with the current EA as the scope of her role is so big as this team is global.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience as an EA/Business Admin

  • Previous Director level experience, C-suite experience is a big plus!

  • Experience with space planning, complex calendar management, advanced computer literacy

  • Proficiency within Outlook & Excel

  • Bachelors degree preferred
