Aston Carter HR Assistant/Admin Support (Hybrid) in Tempe, Arizona

A well-known tech. company is hiring for 4 HR Assistants/Admin Support in the Tempe, AZ area!

Schedule: 4x 10's - hybrid working in office 3x days per week and 1x day at home

Must be willing to go onsite 3x per week in the Tempe, AZ office and work one weekend day (either a Saturday or Sunday)

Description:

As an HR Assistant you will play a critical role in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships often providing candidates with their first impression.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with technical candidates and hiring managers and in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates.

  • Updating candidate records in recruiting systems meeting candidates during on-site interviews keeping recruiters informed of candidate issues and providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.

  • Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status reports to recruiters.

  • Coordinate scheduling of post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials. You will also collaborate with recruiters to ensure hiring team success by identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Excel usage - VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables

  • Customer service

  • Supporting HR operational tasks and HR support

  • Works in multiple different computer systems (need to be strong here to learn new systems)

  • Willingness to learn; great attitude; adaptable; strong attendance

  • Scheduling/reception/customer service is a plus
