Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to manage multiple aspects of service projects, including schedules, resources, system configuration, and reporting. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Professional Services Manager to develop both strategic and tactical solutions for services delivery, aiming to maximize the utilization of billable resources. This role involves coordinating resources, leading project kickoff meetings, ensuring projects are set up for appropriate invoicing, and maintaining resource forecasting reports and project documentation.
Hard Skills
2-3 years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience
2-3 years of MS Office experience
2-3 years of Customer Service related experience
Bachelor's Degree or experience in IT field (preferred)
Soft Skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work proactively and anticipate staffing needs
Hours:
Monday through Friday
8am to 5pm (CST)
