Description:
Looking for an office manager/bookkeeper leader.
Role Summary:
A Bookkeeping Office Manager handles the fundamental aspects of a firm’s financial record keeping.
They are responsible for updating all financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with payroll.
Duties:
Update financial records and data entry.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and month end taxes/reconciliation help
Oversee payroll processing.
Compile reports summarizing financial information.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
At least three years experience of previous experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
Familiarity with bookkeeping principles.
Phone and Customer Service Skills
Technology Experience - Microsoft Office/Excel/Quickbooks
Effective communication skills with employees and external vendors.
Discretion and trustworthiness, as the manager handles confidential materials
Work Environment
- M-F 7-3 office in office.
